esedi M J Skills and Development Consulting is with over a decade in the Contemporary
development sector since 2011 from the Department of Social Development in South Africa.
In 2018, Lesedi MJ Skills Development was registered as a NPC / Section 21 Consulting
services provider in Leadership Change Management training, Agribusiness Business
Development Support Services,(Business Model Canvas) SME- Enterprise Development
Growth, Monitoring and Evaluation and Learning /Impact Advisory services across
Government departments, Private sector, INGOs, and other developmental oriented
institutions). Since 2021, our footprint has expanded into Southern Africa, we continue to
host our Head Office in South Africa and our SADC regional offices are in Zambia and Zimbabwe. Meanwhile across West Africa we have consortium partners in Liberia and Ghana, similarly for East Africa in Kenya.

process. At Lesedi MJ Skills Development we use participatory action-learning
research/evaluation to improve our client's various contemporary development projects,

learning processes can improve the design and implementation of programs' performance
tracking tools, and implementation design based on practical realities in programs.

Impact Evaluation and Evaluation Standard Tool (OECD DAC REEIS model)
The proposed approach will guide as one of the key quality criteria for designing and conducting the social Impact Evaluation and evaluation from the OECD DAC evaluation criteria as a standard tool in conducting and designing evaluations. The tool looks at key elements such as Relevance, Effectiveness, Efficiency, Impact and Sustainability (REEIS) as set out to address the Evaluation Key questions. This tool will help the team to focus on assessing achievements over the life of its including its design, implementation and impact results, to determine its Relevance, Efficiency, Effectiveness, Outcomes and Sustainability, against pre-determined objectives. Our evaluation will also consider the organisational context (environmental and economic conditions), and operational procedures and previous evaluation findings.
